Many passengers with this type of condition may be travelling with family or companions and may not require any additional special assistance from Flybe. However, we are happy to offer assistance if required.
If you or someone in your party is challenged in this way, to any degree and is travelling alone please let us know. We will, where possible, board you and your party before our other passengers, to give you a little more time to take your seat and get comfortable on board.
Passengers prone to verbal or physical outbursts must be notified to Flybe at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours prior to departure.
