If you or anyone in your party has broken a bone, you must allow at least 24 hours before travelling after the fitting of a plaster cast. We will be happy to offer wheelchair assistance if necessary.
Passengers must be able to sit in an aircraft seat without obstructing the aisle. If the passenger cannot bend their leg at the knee, please contact us.
We will, where possible, board you and your party before our other passengers, to give you a little more time to take your seat and get comfortable on board.
